Istikhara
for Prohibited Actions?
If
someone makes istikhara (prayer for Divine guidance) in asking for
something that is prohibited, is it possible for Allah to show a
good sign?
A. Since
it is not for something permitted, and you know that, then there is
no need or benefit to making the istakhara - it will not be
a good act; Istikhara must be for something good. |
