Q. is it wrong for a muslim woman to remove her hijab in front of non-muslim women?

If doffing the hijab before foreign non-Muslim women can be avoided then it is haram to doff it, but not if it is necessary, e.g. for making wudu' for salat in a common bathroom in college. Allah knows best.
