Is Juma held when Eid falls on Friday?
Q. If the Eid day fall on Friday is it still obligatory to perform Salat al jum`ah?
A. Concerning the other question, yes, salat al-jum`a must be performed even if `Eid falls on a Friday.`Eid prayer is a Sunna but Salat al-Jum`a is an obligation. Allah knows best.
