A critical assessment by Shaykh Gibril Fouad Haddad of the 50-page booklet entitled "Negative Impact Of Fabricated Hadith Upon The Image Of Islam" authored and published in 2019 by the Mufti of Perlis Muhammad Asri Zainul Abidin (https://ms.wikipedia.org/wiki/Penahan..., who subscribes to newfangled views on a number of Islamic issues including Usul al-Hadith (Hadith Principles).
Mawlana [Shaykh Nazim al-Haqqani] gave us the gift of light-filled association of the blessed visit that travellers from Divinely-protected Sham paid him in the last two weeks of the sacred month of Rajab in the year 1422 - October 2001 - in his house and zawiya in the Turkish Cypriot town of Lefke. His discourse shook us, too our souls swimming in the higher orbits, sat king-like on the throne of our minds and hearts!

Jaliyat al Akdar wal-Sayful Battar Bil-Salat `ala al-Nabi al-Mukhtar (The Remover of Harms and Trenchant Sword by Invoking Blessings on the Chosen Prophet Muhammad) is a major supplication in Arabic by the polyglot Grandmaster of the Naqshbandi Tariqa from Shahrazur (Iraqi Kurdistan), Mawlana Khalid al-Baghdadi (1190-1242/1776-1827) through the 99 Divine Names, the Great Invocations of Blessings on the Prophet through his Names and Attributes, and the Names of the 313 Companions of the Great Battle of Badr (Ramadan 2/March 624)
Allāh swears by the setting star that His Prophet does not stray in the least from what Allāh commands him. Nor does the Prophet speak from his own whims or desires, whether good or bad. Every utterance, every movement, every breath of the Prophet was, in fact, revelation from Allāh and consequently of utmost value in the quest to understand and follow the Qur’ān and the religion of Islam.

Readings from al-Muhasibi's Risalat al-Mustarshidin - A reading and English translation of the early Sufi classic by Imam al-Harith b. Asad al-Muhasibi (165-243/782-857) entitled Risalat al-Mustarshidin, comparable to wisdom literature (Hikam).
Wahhabis recently wrote an article in which they accused me of making sujud on top of a grave and towards a grave on the basis of a picture which they published in a newspaper article, and a video which they produced and posted on youtube. All these claims are un-Islamic and false but typical of the method of Wahhabis in tampering and manipulating and distorting the truth to create FITNAH AND CHARACTER ASSASSINATION.
'Blood is no argument', as Shakespeare observed. Sadly, Muslim ranks are today swollen with those who disagree. The World Trade Centre, yesterday's symbol of global finance, has today become a monument to the failure of global Islam to control those who believe that the West can be bullied into changing its wayward ways towards the East....

Some people cite the verses of the Holy Qur'an which they translate to mean that Allah commands the Prophet to tell the companions that he has no knowledge of the unseen.
In attempting to affirm that their false beliefs are supported by the Scholars of the Salaf, the modern-day pseudo-Salafis go to great lengths, either using weak or false hadiths or in actually distorting the meanings and wordings (tahrif) of statements of scholars of the Salaf and the Khalaf.
The meaning is that Allah grasped a handful of the light that is related to Him (udifat ilayh), and min (from) in the phrase min nurih (from his light) is explicative (lil-bayan).
The "Salafis" object to the verses (of al-Burda by Imam al-Busiri):
52. wa kullu ayin ata al-rusulu al-kiramu biha / fa innama ittasalat min nurihi bihimi
And every single sign brought by the noble Prophets was theirs only in connection to his light,

Can one believe that Abu Talib died a Muslim? The reason I a[s]ked regarding Abu Talib is because I read in Allama Shibli Nu`mani's Sirat un-Nabi that there is a great difference of opinion regarding the Islam of Abu Talib due to conflicting reports.

On how Allah bestowed honor upon Muhammad (s), by giving precedence to his Prophethood. Also, on the purity of his lineage, the signs that accompanied his conception, birth, and upbringing.
The scholars differ concerning the designation of the Night of the Decree. Most say that it falls on the twenty-seventh of Ramadan. Whoever prays on that night four rak`at (prayer-cycles) in which he recites al-Fatiha, "Rivalry in worldly increase distracteth you" (sura 102) once, and "Say He is God: One" (sura 112) three times, Allah will make the throes of death easy for him, remove from him the punishment of the grave, and give him four pillars of light on top of each of which rest 1,000 palaces.
